Hi Bob, yes, but I fail to reproduce the issue again, so I'll not file an issue.
This is what happened: I was working in a project with AndroMDA 3.3 profiles, when suddenly the creation and renaming of a package was not displayed in the explorer pane. So I created another package, then (only) the first package was displayed. Then I added some more model elements, all of them were not shown in the explorer, I tried different things. After saving, restarting and loading all element were shown correctly in the exlorer pane. I tried to get into the same situation, but failed, so I have no further information than that.
