I don’t know if the first one is TECHNICALLY correct, but I have never seen an 
xmlns reference the reverse ICANN-style domain.  (And being obsessed with XML I 
have seen quite a few…)

Not that I’m a big fan of XMI (it’s one of the most hideous XML vocabularies I 
have ever laid eyes on)…but since the theory behind XMI is to promote 
*portable* model-driven development, wouldn’t it make sense to update ArgoUML’s 
xmlns to the more “natural” looking URI?
