Hi Bob,

I think you are totally right on this. UML2 transition is the way to
go. Just notice that if we get there and more or less at that time OMG
publishes the all new and shiny UML3 which breaks backwards
compatibility with UML2 I'm going to consider that stopping from
following OMG's new UML standards is going to be the most reasonable
way to move forward.
