We need to:
- inform the infrastructure team who an assist in this migration
- identify individuals from the Avalon team who will follow up on this
- all Avaloners will probably need to do some svn homework and become
familiar with the software
- give a heads up to our users and update the site
I don't think a new vote is necessary either, however, we should identify
our volunteers before notifying infrastructure. I wouldn't mind helping
out, but I couldn't do it alone.
