If you change the license header to Apache then we can more easily include this
in Apache releases. (Only the author can change the license and while we can
import MIT-licensed code, doing so creates minor headaches.)
Also where do you think we should put this in the tree? In a
lang/csharp/examples directory?
Should we include an example like this in the doxygen main page?
