The demo app looks great.  Thanks!  However I'm not sure exactly what of it we 
should include in Avro's source tree.  An easily executable example would be 
great, but we shouldn't include a bunch more binaries (DLLs, jars, etc.) in the 
source tree.  We already have some of these in the csharp source tree and don't 
want more.

Perhaps we should switch Avro C# to use NPanday for its build?

That should let us handle dependency management without putting DLLs and jars 
in the source tree...
