BTW, we picked up the head from Avro's SVN and built our selves a "pre 1.7.6"
to review the RPC code. Can't say we're too excited about the Castle.Core
dependency it introduces but it's working alright. So I've updated the
HelloAvro demo project with how to do serialization as well as RPC.
IMHO, the HelloAvro project should give any C# developer everything they need
to get Avro operational at most levels.
