Hi So, I read that Firefox is eating away at IE's market share and I wonder: how do they know? Who determines this information? Can we do the same for OOo?
See, for instance, <http://itvibe.com/news/3225/>. I'll ask Mitchell Baker or Rafael Eribon if they track users and how. But we'd really like to get solider data on OOo usage. Downloads is totally inadequate as a measure, as is, now, Registration page (though that is a better measure). Any ideas on how Firefox usage is evaluated?
