Scott, you would need to create an account and file an icla with
Apache before you can get the karma to edit the wiki. We love
contributions and highly appreciate your offer.
See the FAQ page [1] and the note under "But what if we would like the
community at large to help maintain the space?. Once the icla is on
file you'd be a member of the asf-cla group with edit permissions on
the wiki.

Hi Scott
You need to create an account on Confluence and then mail back your
username so I can give you rights to edit the docs.
I think just click edit in the bottom and a "create user" wizard will
popup or something to create a new account.
