[PROPOSAL] Remove activemq-camel component

Hi all,

ActiveMQ provides activemq-camel component.
This component is "old" (using Camel 2.25.x) and has been replaced by 
camel-activemq and/or camel-jms.

I propose to remove ActiveMQ Camel from the ActiveMQ code.

Thoughts ?
