Sorry, to clarify, I mean (if I correctly understand) that if someone has a network with several CIDRs in the basic zone and, lets say, 4.9.3 upgraded to 4.11, which results that VMs stop getting DHCP announces for additional CIDRs from VR, it's a blocker thing...
