Definitely reproducible, see new comments in http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27249
But, as far as I can tell (what's the acronym for this? ;)), this is not related (should not be related) to Pier's issue - he has CocoonServlet.dispose() in the stack trace.
