Same here - adding CForms *and its dependencies* to the core makes it
larger than it needs to be.

In the sense of having a super-small super-reliable super-tested core,
CForms would better stay outside of it a "core block" or whatever we
want to call it.

Yepp! ...when I think of "core" I think of pipeline construction, class loading, component management, sitemap handling ...and maybe flow.

Everything else deserves it's own non-core block IMHO
