RM willingness is only part of it.

RERO is all very well if:
- the API is stable; or
- frequent changes of package name/Maven coords are acceptable to consumers; or
- one does not care about binary compatibilty

IMO it's unhelpful to keep pushing the RERO mantra in isolation.
