Dear Sir, This all looks good. I would reemphasise that you should find a reference implementation of any new generator so that you can run it to produce numbers given a known seed. This can be used to test the Java version you create produces exactly the same sequence. Thank you for the feedback ! I shall keep that in mind while performing the aforementioned implementations.
