Several projects use a different URL for each release. For example
https://daffodil.apache.org/releases/
https://db.apache.org/derby/derby_downloads.html
https://guacamole.apache.org/releases/

Some projects use different pages for source and binaries, e.g.
https://ant.apache.org/bindownload.cgi
