CompassHeading is not an exposed API, and I had planned to remove the tests for it. However, there are numerous places where it is used ( throughout cordova-js, I don't believe any native code depends on it's existence )
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-1583 ideally duck typing of the value received from compass results is all we need, but numerous implementations are dependent on the parameters in the constructor, so I left it.
