+1, from a new contributor's perspective, learning about git & coordinating pull requests to 2+ repos was quite challenging. Probably equally challenging to review :) > - Only one tool for devs to install (aptly named "cordova") > - "cordova --help" as one entry-point to what's available Like this, with cordova-lib or cordova-common being a reasonable transition to help clarify how or if plugman should be merged.
