+1, from a new contributor's perspective, learning about git & coordinating 
pull requests to 2+ repos was quite challenging. Probably equally challenging 
to review :)

Like this, with cordova-lib or cordova-common being a reasonable transition to 
help clarify how or if plugman should be merged.
