CB-7375 shouldn't block the release; it's a platforms / tools release, not plugins.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-5535 inadvertently created a problem with the tooling: It's not possible to use the current versions of CLI to create an iOS project, so we'll have to release a new CLI along with iOS 3.6.0.
