bump. The more I use the new website, the more I find it difficult to
find the right info. Ex. was looking for jira, which i found somewhere
in the text and then remembered about the "issue tracker" link at the
end, but having this issue tracker link on top would be good. This
isn't like it's not an important link.

I don't see any "website" section to jira, not sure if "Documentation"
is about that. Maybe we could open one?
