Matthew Hayes commented on DATAFU-76:
-------------------------------------

Looking at http://www.adrianwalker.org/2011/12/java-multiline-string.html I see
a license that states:

{quote}
The code on adrianwalker.org is Public Domain.

Please feel free to use, modify and distribute my code in any way you like
without any restrictions.

If you do use any of my code it would be nice to hear how you are using it,
drop me an email.

The code checked into datafu was taken directly from
https://github.com/benelog/multiline.git, which was taken from the website
above. The website example became JavacMultilineProcessor. There is also a
modified version of this named EcjMultilineProcessor that Sanghyuk Jung (a.k.a.
benelog ) created for use in Eclipse.

> It looks like the files in build-plugin were copied in from another github
> account. This is problematic as this code hasn't been given to ASF and
> doesn't appear to be ASL2 licensed (or even explicitly licensed at all). Is
> there no other way to include this code? If not, we need to figure out the
> licensing and copyright issues before it can be included.
