[dba-dev] Form Controls in BASE

I am creating a form using a field from a BASE table with OpenOffice 
1.9.90.0.  I want to use a 'Formatted Field' to display the contents of 
this field. After selecting the table from the 'Form Properties' window 
one would expect that the next action would be  the selection of the 
data field from the same window. However, after some investigation I 
found that a 'Properties' window had to be opened before the required 
field could be selected. This is a very cumbersome procedure for such a 
simple task and surely the complete process would be better combined 
into the 'Form Properties' window.
