Originally, this was the mirrors mailing list.

This is one of the main reasons why I thought a new list would be good. This list started out as a very-low traffic list for the maintainers of mirrors, and has now become a huge free-for-all discussion of distribution. I think we should split the list, take our discussions with us, and leave you mirror admins with the quiet old list you started with.
