This was discussed wrt On-line Help in a conference call before Lyon. My
sense of this is that the terms and/or use of the JCA might be changed
so that contributors who have not signed the JCA can contribute
directly. By extrapolation, this would also apply in other areas. My
hope is to have the DevGuide under the doc project banner. However, we
will have to wait and see.

Best place to reach these very busy fellows is via the on-line help
list. That one they monitor for sure. Not so sure about this one.
