yes, but you can't choose the documents about base.
e.g.
http://www.openoffice.org/files/documents/75/3482/Getting_Started_with_Base.odt
There I get every time an error message.
If I go to http://documentation.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList
click on
Base(2)
and then on "Getting Started with OOoBase",
which is
http://documentation.openoffice.org/files/documents/75/3482/Getting_Started_with_Base.odt
I have no problem with download. Here from Dortmund/Germany with Mozilla
on WinXP via t-online.
