I tried it with Firefox, Galeon, and Konqueror on Linux
all with the same result: without nav: ok, with nav: broken.
In Opera (Linux), it *always* works correct.

Can someone take a look and give me a hint what could be
wrong, or have a suggestion for a workaround?

I can't help with a fix, but I can confirm that on Mac OS X (Tiger), the bubbles work correctly in Opera but in both FF and Safari the bubbles show at the top of the page as they do on some other platforms.

On WinXP SP2, Internet Explorer 6.0 gives me a little popup at the top left that says "undefined" and an "Error on page" message at the bottom. I so rarely use IE that I'm not sure if it's a problem with the settings or IE itself. My guess: IE problem.

The page work perfectly in Opera 9.10 on WinXP, but in FF2.0.2 the bubbles are again at the top of the page.
