One could think of writing a macro that exports all images
of a document and saves it to a folder. You would still need
to manually upload all image files.

That's something I'd like to discuss with the NLC groups.
Currently, the NLC groups use many different ways. I should
initiate that on the nlc list soon. If you have any preference,
let me know.
