Once it's on the wiki, others can more easily do any needed updates, additions and improvements. I have some correspondence, from the Marketing List I think, about a wish list for improving the book -- but that's a separate issue. The first step is to convert what we've got. Any assistance gratefully accepted -- it shouldn't be difficult, but I have far too many other things on my list to get to it before next year if then.
