Hi Frank, I just had an offlist email from another volunteer to do this.
Would you like him to do it, or at least the first step of getting the
chapters up there? You can do the nice bits with the chapter TOCs etc
later if necessary.

initial move-over and the mysterious volunteer can go over it and
üolish it up?
Just a suggestion, considering how many things must be on your to-do
list. ;-)
Well, sometimes I like some tedious conversion jobs :-)
