Hi Frank, I just had an offlist email from another volunteer to do
this. Would you like him to do it, or at least the first step of
getting the chapters up there? You can do the nice bits with the
chapter TOCs etc later if necessary.
Whatever. I already started with the first chapter. Let me finish the
initial move-over and the mysterious volunteer can go over it and
polish it up?
I'm happy, as long as it gets done. I trust the volunteer is reading this
exchange of notes and will perhaps join the discussion here on the list.
