Unless I'm mistaken you need 3 binding +1 votes before you can do the
release:

because a release vote doesn't use lazy consensus (apologies if this isn't
right!)

I have to manage better my public relationship in order to gather more
votes ;)
I will fix the issues pointed out by Richard and Karl and I will recall
