The Event Admin bundle embeds content from oswego, but I don't see any

Portions of the CopyOnWriteArrayList and ConcurrentReaderHashMap
classes are adapted from Sun JDK source code. These are copyright of
Sun Microsystems, Inc, and are used with their kind permission, as
described in this license
<http://g.oswego.edu/dl/classes/EDU/oswego/cs/dl/util/sun-u.c.license.pdf>.
Looking at the license text, it appears that a copyright notice is
required.
Ianal therefore I'm not 100% sure if we really need this. My
understanding is that - as we use directly the oswego binaries - we
don't need any mention in the notice.
The above sun license is for the source code of two classes - and we
don't distribute the source of the changed java files.
But maybe I'm bending the above statement too much?
Actually, the text of the license says:
-Redistributions of source or binary code must contain the above
copyright notice, this notice and and the following disclaimers:
Notice it mentions source or binary code...
