Applied 17.finishing_touches.patch in Rev. 911782.
There is a minor issue in the header area: This used to be 100px high with some
padding, now it is 73px with no padding. This causes the Sling branding image
to overlap into the header button area... Also the header font is no 23px
(absolute value) and used to be 300% (relative). Is there a particular reason
for making this absolute ?
