Fixed zebra table rendering in Rev. 911958: all rows have ui-state-default
class, even rows additionally the even class, odd rows the odd class. The even
class is empty, the odd class overwrites the background with none.
Applied 18.configuration_printer_load_on_demand.patch in Rev. 911963
