ui.js is integrated completely into support.js
admin.js is mostly related to System Information tab - for restarting the
Framework. The AJAX loading routines .. well, I think, that the JQuery has
better AJAX support.
tw-1.1.js - replaced by JQuery UI Tabs, which is much better

The size of the header font was in pixels just because the size of the header
is also specified in pixels. This ensures, that the font will fit into the
given height.
