Aha!  Your cache is on!  I’ll try that shortly.  That usually means a
file’s URL has characters in it that are not allowed on Windows.

Regarding the progress bar, I found some articles that claim that AIR does
not always report bytesTotal and bytesLoaded correctly.  I ran a log and
saw exactly that in the progress on Windows (but not Mac).  I’d say we try
to fashion a workaround some time in the future.  I want to get this
release out and find out how this as3httpclient helps (or not).  I’m
pretty sure there will be an Installer 3.3.
