Well, it worked for me, with both cache on and cache off.  I did both
twice.

I’m wondering if you are choosing some version of AIR or some CDN is
redirecting differently in the US than where you are.  So, if you have
time, run it again with just verbose logging (no progress logging) and
post the results so I can try to see what URL is causing the problem.
