I believe I have successfully removed the Flex SDK jars from the FalconJX package without breaking anything. This should eliminate the unintended packaging of the Adobe jars and also not require any new changes to NOTICE.
It would be great if folks who are good at catching these things could take a look at the nightly build and/or the commit emails.
