This vote passes with +3. I'll promote the artifacts to Maven Central and the subversion dist area, merge/clean up the RC branches, and issue a PR to have Fluo use the new parent.
I don't think there needs to be any announcement outside this dev list, since these are just internal build tooling artifacts that nobody else will care about, but please correct me if anybody disagrees.
