Round 2 incorporates suggestions from reviewers.
Per PivotalSarge, more consistency in the uses of "Client" and "Geode
Client".
Per echobravopapa, a lot less system-specific hand-holding. Entire sections
about running on Linux, Solaris, and Windows have been deleted.
