Why should a patch that has been attached to a specific Jira issue  
include the number of the jira issue?  I don't mind but it seems  
odd and usually that means that I am misunderstanding something.

I like to have the JIRA id as part of the filename so it is clear  
what it is when I download it to inspect/apply.
