Instead of having shim for Hadoop 1.x and 2.x and resolve it via shim factory,
would it be easier to move the shim abstract class to gora-core and then use
maven profile to include the right implementation module (defaulted to Hadoop
2.x) ?
This basically remove the need for shim's module gora-shims-hadoop
