Kind of hard to tell what would be relevant to a discussion of this type. Maybe OP meant to say, "whilst there are at least a dozen implementations of the Java VM there is currently only one of the Parrot VM"? At the risk of being on-topic, I personally would be very sorry to see DRLVM completely orphaned - there's a bunch of good stuff in there. Chris
