Can I apply the patch on trunk ? or any of the recent commits ? As the commit
you mentioned takes us quite back and few important fixes have happened since
then. I tried merging it in master, most of the src is new but there are some
changes to Activator and Plugin.xml that I feel require some attention before
committing. Also this looks like this is a single patch for all the linked
issues.
