The problem with the JIRA release notes is that there are a lot of issues
marked as 0.6.2 that are now 0.7.0 issues. I can add the 0.6.2 label to
unlabeled issues, but I don't seem to have permission to create a 0.7.0
version to move incorrectly-labeled issues. Can you or anyone with
permission create a 0.7.0 version?
