I'd prefer that you use the std template for the vote - it captures a
number of details missing here (see the 0.6.1 vote email)

Don't you guys have a "how to release" page that captures all this?
(the process, including templates, etc...) It's a huge boon for future
RMs.

Could you call a new vote?
