As far as I know, there are no other directives in httpd-2.0 that act this
way.  But I may be mistaken.

I guess then it should be
Win32EnableAcceptex on|off
with "on" the default.

But I guess I am too late for this discussion since we released it in
2.0.49 and changing it now would break compatibility.
