You're getting self-contradictory here :)
It's not self-contradictory at all. A release occurs when you (as RM) say
is is created. The key bit is whether the group (i.e. folks here on
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) agree, by virtue of at least 3 +1s and more +1s than -1s, that
it is fit for public consumption as well. At that point, it can be
announced to the world as a 'blessed' release. -- justin
