The tarballs and related files for 2.0.60 have been
removed from testing...

Depending on the speed in which APR 0.9.15, we may
go ahead with a fully combined 1.3/2.0/2.2 release
(as originally planned) or release 1.3/2.2 earlier
than 2.0...
