IMO, based on feedback from people I've dealt with with my
Covalent/SpringSource hat on, the biggest problem for these
dynamic hosts is adding/changing/deleting SSL vhosts more
than anything else :)
Actually, wearing my company's hat, our need is actually more for the
dynamic config (including vhosts if we could plug one in via a config
API) that can be modified at run-time (and not only after [graceful]
reloads).
